After four years as Gov. Gary Herbert's senior environmental adviser, Alan Matheson will become the state's top environmental regulator.

On Tuesday at 12:15 p.m., Matheson joins Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about his new assignment as director of the Utah Department of Environmental Quality and his take on air, water and nuclear waste.
