Simmering tensions between members of the Salt Lake City School Board have taken a visible turn. Board chair Heather Bennett has asked for more prominent security at board meetings. Board member Michael Clara calls it bigotry and is protesting the action by wearing a sombrero.

On Monday at 12:15 p.m., Bennett and Clara joins Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about the discord on the board and how the board can move forward to address student education and achievement.
