Utah State University geology student Cody Reeder says he wants to be a space pioneer and if his luck continues, he may get the chance.

Of the 202,500 people who applied for the Mars One project, Reeder found out this week he's one of the top 100 finalists.

On Friday at 12:15 p.m., Reeder joins Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about his fascination with living on the Red Planet and his commitment to space exploration and discovery.
