Use of lethal force by law enforcement has been the second-leading cause of homicides in Utah since 2010.

On Monday at 12:15 p.m., Utah Fraternal Order of Police spokesman Ian Adams and Weber State criminal justice professor emeritus Robert Wadman join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to discuss how police are trained to deal with aggressive confrontations and what can be done to prevent fatal shootings by officers.
