Will Hollywood types toss off their UGGs and give up their Sorels when they get to Park City? One Australian boot company is hoping so.

Blundstone, a bootmaker from Tasmania founded in 1870, has claimed the title of the Official Boot of the 2015 Sundance Film Festival, the company proclaimed in a press release Thursday.

Blundstone will be a sustaining sponsor of the festival — the third tier of sponsorship, behind "presenting" sponsor and "leadership" sponsor. Being a sustaining sponsor meand the company's brand and iconic Airstream trailer will be seen all over Park City, starting with the Day One Party at Legacy Lodge on Jan. 22.

The company will give free pairs of its boots to 320 filmmakers, jurors and special guests at the festival. Regular festivalgoers will get a chance to win a pair of boots.

Blundstone, known for its elastic-sided Chelsea boots, is boosting its social-media and advertising by partnering with the New York ad agency Gluttony.
