Where has time gone? Honestly, it's almost disturbing the regular season has already reached its final week. That means, sadly, this is the last statewide top 25 for this year.

The first installment ranked Bingham, East and Lone Peak as the top three teams in the state. Now, 10 weeks later, those three remain atop the rankings in the same order. Since The Tribune started its statewide top 25 last year, Bingham has owned the No. 1 seed every single week, a total of 20 straight weeks at No. 1.

Springville, which finished with an unblemished record in the regular season for the second consecutive year, moved into the top five for the first time, while Dixie, which started 0-3, steadily ascended the charts.

Morgan makes its first appearance in school history in the statewide top 25. The Trojans are ranked No. 1 in the 3A classification, which makes them the smallest program to be featured this season. Provo, is also the other newcomer, as the Bulldogs returned after several weeks outside the rankings.

There was a massive amount of change, however, as Lehi (+8), Desert Hills (+7), Kearns (+7), Dixie (+5), Stansbury (+5), Timpview (+3), West Jordan (+3), Tooele (+3), Fremont (+2) and Olympus (+2) each rose two or more sports, while Herriman (-8), Salem Hills (-7), Roy (-6), Sky View (-6), Skyridge (-5), Highland (-2) and American Fork (-2) plummeted two or more spaces.

There are only two ranked-ranked games in Week 10:

No. 19 Herriman at No. 3 Lone Peak, Wednesday

No. 9 Timpview at No. 20 Skyridge, Wednesday

Classification power rankings:

CLASS 5A

1. Bingham (9-0) — Although the defense allowed more than 500 yards, the Miners scored 58 points in a win against Jordan.

2. Lone Peak (8-1) — Smoked Woods Cross in a 30-0 barbecue.

3. Fremont (8-1) — Big win against Sky View has Fremont ranked third, but the Wolves will likely finish second in Region 1.

4. Jordan (6-2) — Didn't drop in the rankings despite the loss at Bingham. The Diggers played well enough to keep their spot.

5. West Jordan (7-2) — Can close out one of the best regular seasons in school history with a victory against winless Copper Hills.

CLASS 4A

1. East (9-0) — The Leopards were whistled for a ton of penalties but still overwhelmed Highland.

2. Alta (9-0) — The Hawks posted 70 points on the board. Now they have a short week to prepare for rival Corner Canyon, which is fighting for its postseason life.

3. Springville (9-0) — For the second consecutive year, the Red Devils finished undefeated after the regular season.

4. Olympus (8-1) — The Titans beat Skyline to lock up the outright Region 6 title.

5. Timpview (7-2) — After one week out of the rankings, the Thunderbirds are back before a final game against Skyridge.

CLASS 3AA

1. Dixie (5-3) — The Flyers wrap up the regular season against Hurricane after a bye week.

2. Desert Hills (6-2) — The Thunder were also off, and finish the season against Snow Canyon.

3. Stansbury (8-1) — Allowed Ben Lomond to creep back in the second half after taking a three-score lead into halftime, but the Stallions won nonetheless.

4. Tooele (8-1) — Can finish the season on a six-game winning streak against Judge Memorial on Thursday.

5. Pine View (6-2) — The Panthers face a capable Cedar team to end the season after a bye week.

CLASS 3A

1. Morgan (7-2) — Clinched a share of the 3A North title and the No. 1 seed in the postseason.

2. Juan Diego (5-3) — Probably the scariest team in the classification right now. No one wants to face the Soaring Eagle in the playoffs.

3. Juab (6-3) — Clinched a share of the 3A South title and the No. 1 seed in the postseason.

4. Delta (6-3) — Could finish the year on a four-game winning streak with a win at Grantsville in the season finale.

5. Grantsville (4-5) — Well behind the top four teams, but the classification is not deep.

CLASS 2A

1. San Juan (8-1) — After losing in Week 1, the Broncos finished the year with eight straight wins.

2. Beaver (8-1) — The defending champs are a dangerous team.

3. Summit Academy (8-1) — Will enter as the No. 1 seed from the 2A North region

4. South Summit (8-1) — Another team not many opponents want to face in the postseason.

5. Enterprise (7-2) — No match against Beaver, but clearly the fifth-best team in the class.

CLASS 1A

1. Kanab (8-1) — Found revenge for a championship game loss in 2015 against Diamond Ranch in a big way by blowing out the Diamondbacks

2. Duchesne (7-1) — Can clinch outright title with win against Altamont

3. Layton Christian (7-2) — The Eagles can complete a massive regular-season turnaround with a win against Rich in the final game of the year.

4. Diamond Ranch (4-3) — Clearly not as good as last season, but still very competitive.

5. Rich (4-4) — After a 31-0 win against Altamont, the Rebels will look to upset Layton Christian on a short week.
