Lone Peak guard Frank Jackson was one of 25 boys named to the midseason high school Naismith Award watchlist on Thursday. Jackson, who signed to play at Duke, is a five-star recruit and is currently leading the top-ranked Knights (10-2) in scoring and rebounding.

All 25 nominees can be viewed here. Earlier this season, Jackson led Lone Peak to a two-point victory against Georgia powerhouse Miller Grove and its guard, Alterique Gilbert — another five-star prospected pledged to Connecticut — who also made the watchlist. National semifinalists for the award, which recognizes the best player in the nation, will be announced on Feb. 10; finalists on Feb. 24; All-American teams on March 8; and the winner on March 10.
