Three Utah high school athletes have recently been honored with all-American honors by MaxPreps.

Pleasant Grove junior catcher Payton Henry earned honors in the MaxPreps Underclass All-American baseball listing. The 5-foot-10, 145-pound Viking was a member of the Class 5A All-State Team, made the ABCA All-Region 7 team and was the Gatorade player of the year in Utah.

East High junior infielder Laina Su'esu'e was named to MaxPrep's Medium School All-American Softball Team. She was a first-team Salt Lake Tribune all-state softball selection.

Lone Peak outfielder Seth Corry was named to the sophomore team in MaxPreps Underclassmen All-American baseball team. The 6-foo-2, 185-pounder was a member of the Class 5A all-state team.
