Happy Tuesday. President Donald Trump is lashing out at Democrats for allegedly stalling his appointments and agenda, but it's his own administration that is frequently sitting on the necessary paperwork for nominees. The White House has frequently — such as in the case of naming Jon Huntsman as ambassador to Russia — said it would nominate someone and then waited weeks if not months to actual submit the paperwork to the Senate.
