The FBI director's 'never mind' moment shook up the presidential race. Democrats have the edge in early voting in Utah. Trump still leading in latest polls in the Beehive State.

Happy Monday. It's hard to see how James Comey could have handled this last nine days any worse, writes The Washington Post's Chris Cillizza after the FBI director initially announced the bureau was reviewing more Hillary Clinton emails only to come back Sunday and essentially say, 'Well, never mind, it's all good.' The bureau says after the latest review, which shook up the presidential race with less than two weeks before voters go to the polls, it stands by the July determination that Clinton's actions were reckless but not criminal.
