Trump says he's behind but also that 'we are winning.' Pence to visit Utah today. Poll: Herbert in clear lead for re-election.

Happy Tuesday. Donald Trump admits he's behind while also says he's "winning." The Republican presidential nominee expressed both sentiments yesterday, acknowledging during a radio interview that he's losing, while also boasting "we are winning" to his millions of supporters on Twitter, an incorrect claim that he accused the media of concealing. Fourteen days out, the GOP nominee is hinting at the idea he may not win. [Politico]
