GOP insiders expect mayhem at Republican convention. Bishop, Chaffetz introduce Public Lands Initiative. House passes bill limiting president's authority on monuments.

Happy Friday. Half of a group of Republican insiders, many of whom are headed to Cleveland, believe the Republican National Convention could be marred by violence given the already heated situation America finds itself politically and racially. "Given the tenor of the campaign trail so far this year, coupled with rising social unrest, it is bound to spill over," said one Iowa Republican. "It's really more a matter of how bad it will get."
