Happy Thursday. Rep. Jason Chaffetz, as chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, will quiz FBI Director James Comey this morning on why the agency declined to recommend charges against Hillary Clinton. And you can expect fireworks. "I worry that there are two standards: that if your name is Clinton or you're part of the rich and powerful, you live under a different set of rules than everybody else," Chaffetz said this morning on MSNBC's "Morning Joe.
