Trump, RNC still not best buddies heading into general election. Utah voters split on Bears Ears monument. Utah lawmakers want $17m arena at fairpark.

Happy Thursday. Donald Trump is relying heavily on the Republican Party to bolster his skeletal operation, but his campaign's relationship with the Republican National Committee is increasingly plagued by distrust, power struggles and strategic differences. The RNC, on the other hand, may not be fully on board with Trump, either. The two are  hoping to be on the same page, a much-needed relationship going into the general election, but so far, they're not.
