Federal judge says Clinton email probe is a 'criminal investigation.' Herbert leads Johnson by 45 points in Trib-Hinckley poll. Stewart says Orlando gunman may not have acted alone.

Happy Wednesday. There had been no explicit confirmation that the investigation into Hillary Clinton's email scandal —which Clinton has repeatedly referred to as a "security review"—is actually a criminal probe. Until now. A federal judge has confirmed in a new order that a former computer expert was granted immunity in the "government's criminal investigation." Most experts say that there's little chance Clinton will be indicted over the private email server, though being part of a criminal probe as the election approaches won't help.
