Trump calls his Muslim ban, etc., just 'suggestions.' Hatch meets with Trump, will back him. Overstock founder must pay in libel suit.

Happy Friday. Donald Trump has been criticized for many of his proposals in his presidential campaign — from how he is going to pay off the nation's debt to trade deals to axing funding for allies — but he cautioned this morning that they're all just ideas. He's just throwing them out there, he noted, like his proposed ban on Muslims entering the United States. "Yeah. It was a suggestion. Look, anything I say right now, I'm not the president," Trump said. "Everything is a suggestion, no matter what you say, it's a suggestion."
