GOP could be headed for convention chaos without Speaker Ryan. Rawlings wants Grand Jury to probe Reid, Lee. 356 laws take affect today.

Happy Tuesday. In any other election year, House Speaker Paul Ryan would be the only choice to head the GOP convention — just as the No. 1 House Republican has for decades before him.But now that the Wisconsin Republican and presumptive nominee Donald Trump are at odds — and the speaker has offered to take himself out of the running for the honorary chairman post — the leadership of the convention is up in the air. Even top officials at the Republican National Committee don't know who's going to be running the show. [Politico]
