Security experts question Utah GOP's online primary, report says. Utah's vote matters this time — for real. Herbert backs Cruz on eve of caucuses.

Happy (Western) Tuesday. The spotlight's on you today, Utah, as you head to caucus meetings — or vote online — in choosing your party's nominee on this Western Tuesday. More coverage of today's contests below but first a report from Wired magazine raising a red flag about the online portion of the GOP selection in Utah today. "Security researchers pretty much uniformly agree that letting people vote online is a very bad idea, one that is fraught with risks and vulnerabilities that could have unknowable consequences for the future of democracy," the article says.
