Donald Trump leading polls in the primary states. Swallow to face trial April 2016. Chaffetz calls for IRS commissioner's resignation.

Donald Trump is not just soaring in national polls, he's also topping surveys in the early primary states — and since the nomination is awarded by contests in said states, these are the polls to watch. Jeb Bush, his nearest competitor. "The controversy over comments about John McCain's war service do not appear to have slowed the Trump steamroller," observed Patrick Murray, director of the institute that released the poll.
