Happy Wednesday. The first Republican presidential debate is nearing and it appears that the center podium usually reserved for the highest polling candidate may go to someone that Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, Scott Walker and others fear: Donald Trump. Despite calls for his withdrawal, Trump says he's staying put, and his appearance at the Aug. 6 debate could thwart a serious discussion of issues that the other GOP candidates say they want.
