The Salt Lake Tribune attended the industry-only Outdoor Retailer Winter Market at the Salt Palace Convention Center in January and came up with a list of gear that caught our attention. A collection of the gear ran in a story, but we are posting the items individually on the blog. ProStretch fleece jacket from L.L. Bean One of the biggest criticisms of fleece is the fact that wind often easily finds its way through the material. L.L. Bean designers say the ProStretch is four times more wind resistant than standard fleece. The ProStretch is also water repellent and wicks away internal moisture. Available now for $89.
