The Salt Lake Tribune attended the industry-only Outdoor Retailer Winter Market at the Salt Palace Convention Center in January and came up with a list of gear that caught our attention. A collection of the gear ran in a story, but we are posting the items individually on the blog.  Park City ski sock from Farm to Feet Park City might seem a long way from North Carolina where Farm to Feet is headquartered, but to 100 percent American made sock company likes to name products after people and companies involved with the hosiery. The new Park City medium weight sock was named in appreciation of the company's branding and design partner, Batch 171 based in the Utah ski town. The sock is made of merino wool, nylon and elastic and comes with cushioning in the toe, heel, shin and calf areas. $24
