The Salt Lake Tribune attended the industry-only Outdoor Retailer Winter Market at the Salt Palace Convention Center in January and came up with a list of gear that caught our attention. A collection of the gear ran in a story, but we are posting the items individually on the blog. Fat Tire GTX shoes from Under Armour It has not taken long for fat tire mountain bikes to make their mark on the cycling world. Perhaps capitalizing on the surge, Under Armour is releasing the Fat Tire GTX show. If big and bold works in mud and snow why not on your feet? The high riser shoes include Michelin Wild Gripper outsoles sure to draw the same attention to your feet that happens with the bikes. The shoes include the BOA closure system rather than laces and a foam cushioning system. Available Fall 2015 for $199.99.
