The Salt Lake Tribune attended the industry-only Outdoor Retailer Winter Market at the Salt Palace Convention Center in January and came up with a list of gear that caught our attention. A collection of the gear ran in a story, but we are posting the items individually on the blog as well.  Woolverino Ninja Suit from Airblaster Besides having one of the best outdoor gear names ever, the Woolverino is sure to keep explorers warm during winter adventures. Building on the Classic Ninja Suit, the company took it to the next level with a merino wool blend base layer suit. Woolverino is a blend of merino wool and Tencel, a man-made naturally comprised fiber. The result, AirBlaster execs say, is a stretchy, warm and odor-resistant garment. The Ninja Suit comes with a full-length chest zipper, thumb loops, a hood and a 350-degree waist zipper to allow for those times when Mother Nature calls. Available Fall 2015 in Natural Black, Spruce Green and, very appropriately, Firecracker Red for $199.99.
