Utah natives and favorites Donny and Marie Osmond will be immortalized soon at the Madame Tussauds Las Vegas wax museum.

The brother and sister duo will be the first new figures in 2016 at Madame Tussauds, which is located on the Las Vegas Strip in front of the Venetian and features eight unique rooms.

According to publicists, Donny and Marie have been involved since the inception with the figures. Their sitting took more than three hours per person with the studio team making approximately 300 measurements.

Now that this step is complete, these measurements will be used to sculpt their figures in clay by hand. They are then covered in a pastil cast. The clay is removed from the casts and poured in and allowed to cool.

That process is complete. Now, the next few weeks will be spent meticulously inserting each hair by hand, which is customary for Madame Tussauds' studio team.

At the end of the process, the figures will be fitted with acrylic eyes and teeth, while layers of tinted paint will be applied to build up skin tones and replicate their faces.

Madame Tussauds Las Vegas is open every day of the year at 10 a.m. Entrance fees are $29.95 for adults, and $19.95 for children ages four through 12.

The attraction features more than 100 wax figures. It allows guests to take pictures, touch and get up close in a themed setting.
