The UK/US hybrid Foreigner is marking 40 years of performing by, well, performing some more.

Foreigner will bring its 40th anniversary tour to Utah, with a show Saturday, Aug. 26, at Usana Amphitheatre, 5150 S. 6055 West, Salt Lake City.

Foreigner released its self-titled debut album in 1977. The album included such '70s rock staples as "Feels Like the First Time" and "Cold as Ice." More albums followed, notably the chart-topping "4," which produced the songs "Urgent," "Juke Box Hero" and "Waiting for a Girl Like You." Their biggest hit was the 1984 ballad "I Want to Know What Love Is."

The band's line-up has changed significantly over 40 years, where now the only original member is guitarist/vocalist Mick Jones.

Opening for Foreigner on the tour are Cheap Trick and Jason Bonham.

Tickets for the Usana show range from $29.95 to $99.95, and go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at Smith's Tix.
