Neil Diamond will celebrate 2017, his 50th year in show business, on the road through North America and Europe. And one of his first U.S. stops is in Utah.

The legendary singer and songwriter will kick off "The 50 Year Anniversary World Tour" on April 7 in Fresno, Calif., according to Entertainment Weekly. The second stop will be at the Vivint Smart Home Arena, 301 W. South Temple, Salt Lake City, on Sunday, April 9.

Expect a show packed with Diamond's beloved songs over five decades — such as "Cherry, Cherry," "Sweet Caroline," "Holly Holy," "Cracklin' Rosie," "Song Sung Blue," "I'm a Believer" (which The Monkees made into a hit), "Love on the Rocks," "America," and more.

Tickets for the tour will go on sale Friday, Dec. 9, at Smith's Tix.
