• The Utah State Fair concludes this weekend at the Utah State Fairpark, 1000 W. North Temple, Salt Lake City. • The sixth annual Urban Arts Festival happens Saturday and Sunday at the Gallivan Center, 239 S. Main, Salt Lake City.
