The Utah State Fair concludes this weekend at the Utah State Fairpark, 1000 W. North Temple, Salt Lake City. Gates open today at 10 a.m. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for children (6 to 12) or seniors (65 and older), at the gates or through Smith's Tix. Tonight's grandstand entertainment is The Official Blues Brothers Revue; free with fair admission, but a ticket is required.

• Pianist Emanuel Ax performs Beethoven's "Emperor" Concerto with the Utah Symphony, tonight and Saturday at Abravanel Hall, 123 W. South Temple, Salt Lake City. • The sixth annual Urban Arts Festival happens Saturday and Sunday at the Gallivan Center, 239 S. Main, Salt Lake City. Music, food, artists, vendors, a three-on-three basketball tourney, breakdancing competition, a custom car art display, "digital graffiti," and other activities are part of the event. Headliner: Hip-hop legend Grandmaster Flash, Saturday at 8 p.m. The festival runs noon to 10 p.m. Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. Free.
