Plans for the weekend: Bonanza Campout, rocking outdoors

• The Bonanza Campout, a two-day event of music, art and camping, happens today and Saturday at River's Edge at Deer Park, Heber City. The line-up includes 32 bands, headlined by the livetronica hip-hop/jazz group Big Gigantic (tonight) and the indie-rock band Cold War Kids (Saturday). Tickets are $40 per day, $75 for a two-day pass; camping and VIP packages also available, at the event's website.

• Hip-hop artists A$ap Ferg and Tory Lanez perform tonight at The Complex, 536 W. 100 South, Salt Lake City. Show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $30, at Smith's Tix.
