With mega-charting pop star Taylor Swift performing Friday at EnergySolutions Arena, the venue is warning Utah fans to watch out for fraudulent tickets.

Officials at the Salt Lake City arena issued the warning Wednesday, with a reminder that "only tickets from authorized outlets guarantee entry." Those outlets are the ESA box office and website, through Smith's Tix outlets, online or charge-by-phone, or resale through Flash Seats.

"Tickets purchased from any other sources may not be valid," ESA officials warn in a statement. "EnergySolutions Arena is not able to honor, replace or refund invalid tickets."

Tickets went on sale last December, and sold out within minutes.

According to the website SeatGeek, tickets to Swift's Friday show have an average resale price of $326, higher than any event in Utah since 2010. That price beats out the $300 average resale for Thursday night's Michigan/Utah football game at Rice-Eccles Stadium, and is the second-highest average for Swift's tour this year (behind the $358 for a show last week in Los Angeles).
