This week's Utah Crowd-Funding Project comes with a beat.

Cameron Allen is a Salt Lake City music producer, DJ and composer who's only 22, but already has a substantial resume. As a performer with the Paul Green School of Rock, he has opened fo rsuch bnds as Dropkick Murphys, Less Than Jake, Bouncing Souls and Devo. He has written music for TV shows, including "Putbulls and Parolees," "Wicked Tuna" and "Duck Dynasty."

He also works under his EDM alias, Fyasko, and is now completing his second album — and aims to sign with a major label.

To finish his album, "Full Effect," Allen needs equipment, both for the studio and so he can perform his tracks live. He's aiming to raise $1,000 via a Kickstarter campaign. The campaign has no pledges so far, and a deadline of Aug. 19.

So far, Allen lists only one benefit for backers: A download of the "Full Effect" album for $10.
