Blues-rock guitarist Joe Bonamassa is coming to Utah, in a show that honors three blues legend.

Bonamassa's "Three Kings Tour" — a tribute to B.B. King, Albert King and Freddie King — will land at USANA Amphitheatre in West Valley City on Thursday, August 20.

The Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and guitarist will be touring with a six-piece band: Anton Fig (drums), Michael Rhodes (bass), Reese Wynans (piano, Hammond organ), Lee Thornburg (trumpet, horn arrangements), Paulie Cerra (saxophone), and Nick Lane (trombone).

A portion of the proceeds will go to the Keeping the Blues Alive Foundation, a nonprofit founded and managed by Bonamassa to promote and celebrate the heritage of blues music, helps fund music scholarships and works to augment the loss of music education in public schools.

Tickets go on sale Saturday, 10 a.m., at Smith's Tix.
