Get ready to show off your night moves, because Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band are coming to Salt Lake City.

The growling rocker will perform Friday, March 13, at EnergySolutions Arena, 301 W. South Temple, promoters announced today.

The Michigan-born Seger is best known for his '70s hits, such as "Night Moves," "Mainstreet," "Still the Same," "Hollywood Nights," "We've Got Tonight" and "Old Time Rock and Roll" (a song immortalized by Tom Cruise's underwear-clad lip-synch in "Risky Business"). His '80s hits include "Fire Lake," "Against the Wind," "Like a Rock" and "Shakedown" (from the "Beverly Hills Cop II" soundtrack).

Seger released his latest album, "Ride Out," last October, to much critical acclaim.

Tickets go on sale Saturday, Jan. 17, at Smith's Tix. Presale tickets will be available Wednesday for members of Seger's Bullet Club.
