Lifetime brings back a couple of hourlong series — very different shows that are both very good.

In the fourth-season premiere of witty, amusing prime-time soap "Devious Maids" (7 p.m., Lifetime), we find out who (if anybody) died in the explosion that ended Season 3. And there's another murder in Beverly Hills.

And in the second-season premiere, of the darkly comic drama "UnReal" (8 p.m., Lifetime), the machinations behind the scenes at the faux "Bachelor" reality show grow even more insane — and the new "suitor" is African-American.
