Since his first cartoon was published in 1978 in Brigham Young University's student newspaper, Tribune editorial cartoonist and Pulitzer Prize finalist Pat Bagley has tackled topics from the plight of international refugees to the BYU-Utah rivalry.
Tonight at 7, Bagley talks about his work with Jennifer Napier-Pearce on Trib Talk Live. "Bagley: The Pulitzers and the Art of Political Cartooning" is sold out, but live-streaming and recorded video will be available at sltrib.com.
An exhibit of Bagley's work will be on display in the Tanner Atrium (main floor) at The Leonardo throughout February. Audio of tonight's event will be rebroadcast on KCPW 88.3/105.3 FM on Feb. 12 at 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. These events are made possible in part through a Pulitzer Prizes Centennial Campfires Initiative grant, celebrating the centennial of the awards.
