Michael Hadley, an aquatic biologist with the UDWR out of Cedar City, sent in this report.

We conducted a fish population monitoring survey this morning at Panguitch Lake and the results are encouraging. Rainbow trout in the eleven- to twelve-inch range are abundant, while a group of seventeen-inch, two-pound fish are also present. Good numbers of cutthroat and tiger trout up to 22 inches were also observed. All fish are very healthy - even the smaller rainbows are fat.
