Sen. Orrin Hatch offers plan if Supreme Court strikes down Obamacare subsidies. Former SLC Mayor Corradini passes away. Utah Houses leaders offer a new alternative to Healthy Utah.

Happy Monday. If the Supreme Court strikes down part of Obamacare that allows Americans to get subsidies for health care through a federal exchange, Sen. Orrin Hatch promised legislation to help transition those folks affected and on Sunday night, he and two other senators offered a bit more about their plan. They described it as a "bridge away from Obamacare," that would provide financial assistance for a certain period that would give states the "freedom and flexibility" to create better, more competitive insurance marketplaces. Many details, though, are still lacking. [http://www.forbes.com/sites/theapothecary/2015/03/02/senate-republicans-reveal-their-supreme-court-obamacare-contingency-plan/" target="_blank">Forbes]
