Pioneer Theatre Company presents two performances of "You Can't Take It With You" interpreted in sign language at 7:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.

Interpreters from Signing Resources, a private company with offices in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas, will sign during the performances of George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart's 1937 Pulitzer Prize-winning play, the first comedy to win the award. A contingent of 100 students and teachers from the Ogden and Salt Lake campuses of the Utah Schools for the Deaf and Blind will attend the signed performances, through a grant from the Henry W. and Leslie M. Eskuche Foundation.

The cast of the play, which runs through Dec. 23, includes 11 Utah actors. For tickets, call 801-581-6961. The Simmons Pioneer Memorial Theatre is at 300 S. 1400 East, Salt Lake City.

Holiday music: Weber State University presents four performances of a musical review, "Christmas Portrait: From Our House to Yours," Monday through Thursday.

The family-friendly show, performed by the university's student theater group, Associated Actors and Technicians, is directed by Tiara Puro, Alicia Washington and Jessica McCowin, and will feature humorous scenes and a visit from Santa.

The show plays at 7:30 p.m. at the Eccles Theater of the Val A. Browning Center for the Performing Arts on the Ogden campus. Tickets are available at the door for $5 ($2 children or $15 for families), and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Your Community Connection, the Ogden nonprofit agency.
