Posted: 5:51 PM- A Riverton elementary school teacher was arrested this afternoon and booked into the Salt Lake County jail on allegations of sexual abuse of a child.

Frank Hall, 36, was taken into custody around 4 p.m. at his home, said Chief Deputy Shane Hudson.

Police were notified of the alleged abuse Tuesday, and an investigation was launched. Hall is accused of inappropriately touching at least three girls in his current Rosamond Elementary first-grade class, Hudson said.

Department of Child and Family Services spokeswoman Carol Sisco said five more children are being interviewed, and more victims may be identified.
