Mitt's untruths

Watching and listening to Mitt Romney bow out of the presidential race made me sick. I am tired of the ridiculous conservative mantra that if you elect a Democrat they will “surrender to the terrorists.” This is utter nonsense, and for Romney to suggest that Democrats are not patriotic, don't love their country, and are cowards who will surrender the United States to a bunch of criminals and extremists is disgusting.

Romney went on to say that our military is failing and blamed the Clinton administration. The military that went to war in Afghanistan and Iraq was the military that Bill Clinton left behind, and they performed flawlessly. Clinton has not been president for seven years; the current state of our military must be laid at the feet of Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld. They are responsible for ruining our military, and driving career personnel from the regular military, reserves and National Guard. They have left thousands of soldiers dead, and tens of thousands permanently disabled.

Mitt should be ashamed for spreading more untruths. I guess he's so used to doing this since he has been running for president that he cannot stop.
