Please help me understand how a state that strives to "protect us" by limiting the number of liquor licenses to private business is going bonkers building liquor stores from which the state gets all the revenue? ("Utah liquor monopoly in building-boom mode," Tribune , Nov. 29). A little hypocritical, I think!
