I haven't voted for a Republican since Richard Milhous Nixon -- twice -- but fence-straddler Rep. Jim Matheson, with his jellyfish backbone, gives me pause. If the Republicans field an opponent in the mold of Rep. Jason Chaffetz (but more sagacious), she or he will get my vote. I have had it with this politician who is so ashamed of his party that he skipped its national convention. Bye bye, Jimmy.
