Posted: 9:24 AM- The Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office is expected this morning to announce the filing of charges against the individuals involved in the drive-by shooting death of 7-year-old Maria del Carmen Menchaca.
A 9:30 a.m. news conference is scheduled, and we are covering it.
