Posted: 8:24 AM- SPRINGDALE - A popular librarian is leaving the small but well-patronized Springdale Branch Library for a job as the children's librarian at the Moab Library.
Jenny Haraden has worked at the Springdale library for 10 years.
Springdale town clerk Fay Cope says Springdale's library at the Canyon Community Center is what it is because of Haraden, who was even involved in the design and set up.
Haraden was the recipient of the Mayor's Award from the Utah Humanities Council several years ago.
Haraden says she'll miss everyone.
