Posted: 8:48 AM- People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals has named Salt Lake City resident Shona Barnthouse its sexiest vegetarian of 2008/.
The 21-year-old dancer and model beat out a field of hundreds of contestants, including 15 other finalists, to win the title.
Barnthouse says it was only recently that she decided to become a vegetarian, but she's already seeing results. She says she has more energy and better muscle tone.
A self-professed animal lover, Barnthouse also says she refuses to wear leather.
