Two men were arrested on attempted homicide charges after a shooting that left an unidentified Salt Lake City woman in serious but stable condition late Wednesday.
Juan Bernal, 31, and Arnold Plama, 21, were in custody after the 11:30 p.m. shooting.
According to Salt Lake City police Lt. Craig Gleason, the men, who live near 200 South and 1300 West, noticed a car driving in their neighborhood and allegedly fired shots at the car.
A 22-year-old woman riding in the car was struck in the shoulder and chest.
The incident appears to be related to a debt, Gleason said.
