Police say teens broke hundreds of vehicle windows

Five teens have been arrested in connection with vandalism to hundreds of vehicles in Davis and Weber counties, according to Clearfield police.

Clearfield and Syracuse officers responded to a report that someone threw a brick at a vehicle in Clinton. Police found five suspects in a vehicle in Syracuse on Thursday morning.

According to a news release by Clearfield police, a 19-year-old, a 17-year-old and three 18-year-olds admitted to breaking windows with BB guns, pumpkins, bricks, eggs and more since Sept. 1. Police say the damage could be as high as $200,000.
