Police on Wednesday arrested the wife of actor Gary Coleman on suspicion of domestic violence/criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Shannon Price, 23, was booked into the Utah County jail about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and released about two hours later after posting about $1,200 bail.

Police officers arrived at the couple's Santaquin home after she locked Coleman out, according to a booking statement. Price swore at an officer as people walked by on the sidewalk. When police entered the home, they found she had "destroyed" Coleman's bedroom, tipping over his dresser, emptying out drawers and damaging shelves.

"She told him, 'You deserve this after how you treated me,' " according to the documents.

The couple met on the set of the 2006 comedy "Church Ball." The 40-year-old Coleman is known for his role on the '80s sitcom "Diff'rent Strokes."

They sought marriage counseling on TV's "Divorce Court" last May. Coleman described their once-a-month fights as "ugly" on the show and both described "intimacy issues."

More recently, Price and Coleman were sued by a Utah County picture seeker who claimed Coleman ran him over with his truck in September. Coleman pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct connected with the incident, but the personal injury suit is ongoing.
