Local leaders in business, academia, recreation and government meet tonight at the University of Utah for a roundtable discussion of climate change and on policies shaping action on it.
A news release on the event said: "This event will also give attendees an opportunity to let their elected officials know they want visionary leadership and bold action to address these challenges."
Participants include Utah State University professor emeritus Frederic H. Wagner, Park City Mayor Dana Williams, Ski Utah's Nathan Rafferty and others.
The forum takes place 7- 8:30 tonight at the Carolyn Tanner Irish Humanities Building Auditorium, Room 109, 215 Central Campus Dr., Salt Lake City.
