More than two dozen motorists complained their tires were punctured Tuesday by nails that were scattered on Interstate 15 near Santaquin. Dispatchers said calls began to come in about 8:30 p.m. from 26 motorists whose tires went flat on the northbound lane of I-15; troopers said nails were found strewn over 1,000 yards of roadway. The nails punctured six tires on one semitrailer truck, troopers said. The highway was closed for about 15 minutes while crews removed the nails with a magnetic roller, troopers said.
